Skincare after 18 Days Of Chickenpox

Hi, It's my Day18 Of chicken pox and I have few pinkish spots that it left behind, and still have 2-3 scabs on face . After1-2 days when all my scabs fall off can i start to wash face with face wash and start to use moisturiser followed by sunscreen or not? Please tell
