From the image can you help to understand if it is anal wart or skin tag . It is noticed post pregency and now we have a baby also 20 days back but this seems to remain and might be growing . Please help to understand and remedy for it.

It seems like hemorrhoids if u have painful passing of feces..do sitz bath twice daily avoid constipation and can use anovate cream locally twice daily..have high fibre diet and lots of hydration.
