Good afternoon. I 'm 22 years old male from Bosnia. I have a strange stains on my left arm. Exact location is the place i don't know how it's called but it is like elbow, but in front side of arm , under the biceps.I have like about 10 stains slightly darker than my skin. I have them for years , usually in summer. I went to dermatologist in here and some said it's alergy , some said its when sun dry up perfume , but none of that makes sense to me because i m not alergic to anything
