Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

This could be coz of Seborrheic Dermatitis of the scalp and manifesting with breakouts over the forehead. Check if u have dandruff. Climate could be another reason for this breakout. It go away without treatment or you may need many repeated treatments before the symptoms go away. Daily cleansing with a gentle soap and shampoo can help reduce oiliness and dead skin buildup. But consult a Dermatologist for a proper evaluation of the lesions present.
