Skin scars since 1.5 years

I had skin immunity since last year affter biopsy reports came they called it Lichen planus and prescribed me medication. I used it for a year and the spreading and itching stopped but the scars are still visible. Is there any way i can get rid of the scars. My have most on my arms . Couple of them on face near eyebrows, neck area, abdomen and few of them on just above butt area.
