Skin related issue

I am trying to get clear skin but i get some sort of pimples and other facial inflammations and my skin is never clear. This feels very disgusted sometimes and i want a remedy. Please suggest something that can be beneficial for this problem. I have PCOD also. Please suggest some medication if needed and also tell if I can use Saafi or not.
