Skin red circle patches underneath stoma

Red patches approx 30mm circles are observed, 7-10 circles. Continuously itching, redness. Taken terbinifine and itraconazole 100 capsule for 1 week with levo citrizine. Also used cream ring gaurd, turbinifine but not relief. Pl suggest cheap and effective tablet course and cream.
