There are total 4 spots in my legs. Neither itchy nor painful. Currently under homeopathic medicines as Homeopathic doctor suspected Lichen Planus to be the name of the disease that caused this.

It can be lichen planus but images are not enough to make proper diagnosis. Take consultation with history and previous medicine so proper treatment can be started.
