Dr. My mom had skin problems in hands, which gets more during winter than summers. And tried lots of medication some doctors even gave injections and some doctors give tablets one per week and lots of ointments prescribbed by doctors tried. And this is genetic problems as i have also the same problems however mine is minor only. And it gets more while using soaps and avoided soaps however cant avoid it compeletly.
