Anyone please reply to my query regarding dettol burns what should I do kindly suggest

Detail burns occur if you use detail directly without diluting it. It is a concentrated formulation. Where exactly do you have the burns ? You can use fluticasone cream for the same . For dosing and product names you can contact me. I don’t think I am allowed to mention product names over here.
