Dry skin maybe due to your use of soaps.. soaps tend to make skin dry.. use glycerine soaps which are less harsh on the skin. Creams are usually not recommended.  They tend to make your skin more dryer by inhibiting your sebaceous glands. Use natural coconut oil.
