Hi. Greetings. This could be tinea versicolor which could be treated easily with anti fungal creams or lotions. Sometimes lesions of early guttate type of psoriasis can also look like this. However, the photo is not very clear for me to comment with certainty. Kindly visit a dermatologist near you. Do not use over the counter creams without consulting a dermatologist. Warm regards.
