A photograph was needed to understand what problem are facing exactly. However it seems you are facing fungal infection. If it has not subsided with creams and powders then you will need oral medicines to control the infections and itching as well.Sometimes if the fungus is resistant to a drug then in that cases changing the medicine is useful.
