Skin problem

I hv small dots(prickly heat like)all over the body for last 3 days i consulted to a genral physician he advised a blood Test which shows TLC count(11800) lymphocyte(19)eosinophil(7)ESR(20) PCV/HAEMATOCRIT(49.8) total EOSINOPHIL COUNT (684) and serology LGE level(123) and he prscrbd me medicines Allegra180,dermashineLotion,evion,panacheDSR,afineday,tifuro,celin and growspan..I have previous history of fungal infection ..bells palsy.. my diet is protein rich diet mainly chicken, egg, no junk involved in diet... i everything okay with the medication and do i need to avoid some foods? Or any diet changes... do i need to consult someone else who is more proficient.? Please do help your advise will be deeply appreciated.
