I have slight creamish white spots on both cheeks (like the ones you get during your school days). My mouth, chin and cheek area suffers from dark pigmentation. I have severe dark circles which has remained the same. I also have dark lips. My skin has tanned horribly over the years. I read melacare helps. Can I use it for a few weeks? Will it even out my skin?
