I have skin coloured small bumps on face. No redness no pain no itching. They are 4-5 around my mouth & 3-4 around my nose. They are very small and in cluster

You could be having herpes which is a viral infection caused by herpes simplex virus. It is contagious and requires treatment. Recurrences may also happen everytime the immunity dips.
