Hi, My friend has a problem of xerosis in scalp. He has consulted many dermatologists. When he uses the ointments/lotions prescribed by them then the problem remains in control but once he stops using them then again he faces the same issue. Please suggest how can he get rid of it permanently. Thanks in Advance.
