Hi i am facing some skin irritation problem in my whole body basically it itches first after itching it become reddish with small swelling.Please hepl

Hi By your description, it seems you are suffering from Urticaria. Kindly revert back with images of the affected area for better advice regarding medications or you may consult me in person @ Pannalal Shyam Lal hospital Kalkagarhi chowk, Ambedkar road Tue/Thurs/Saturday 5:30- 7 pm

They may be allergic rashes. Use haridra khanda 2tsp twice daily after food along with lukewarm water.
