Hi Good afternoon ..!my 5 year old son got this on his hand when he was 2 years old an now he is 5 an slowly it is spreading what is this ?? once i went dermatologist an she gave me cream but din work at all help me with this it was small an now slwoly it is growing any cream ya soap for this let me know please thank you here i'm attaching the pic of his hand
