Hi, I am facing a skin problem just below my eyes and next to my nose,it looks red color and some white skin removal kind off covered by. It happens suddenly anytime stays for a while and get lighter automatically. I still can't figure out what the problem is. Now a days I can see that there is a while outline layer kindoff problem also visible.  I have taken some normal medicine and cream for this by chemist but its no use. Please suggest something by which I can overcome once it for all.
