Dear sir past 4 years back i have pimples in my neck shoulder and hand that time i got treatment and resolved now again come back winter season always come like this how can i avoid this and suggest good medicine pl

Hi You seem to be having keratosis pilaris. This condition may run in some families or be due to excessive cold weather. Please use a cream based moisturiser often. You can try and apply a glycolic acid based cream at bedtime. Eat plenty of foods containing omega fatty acids like fish and almonds. This should also help
