Dear doctors, on my whole face there are tiny tiny pimples but actually they are not pimples. They are spreaded all over the face.

Hi. Was unable to see your pictures since it wasn't downloading for some reason. Pimples may be small or big and may or may not involve the whole face. Small pimple like lesions on face may also occur during change of season or summers or may be associated with dandruff. You'll need to see a dermatologist for further diagnosis and treatment.
