A darkly spot is observe both of groin portion, its never itching nor burning but always sweating & released dead cell, its looking fungi, lemon juice directly use relief for 7-10days & again its come back. After use soap twice a day it couldn't remove. Provide suggestion or remedy plz.

hey , it could be fungal infection apply antifungal ointment or powder locally , maintain area dry , bath daily , it takes time to cure ,if not contact dermatologist
