Skin Pigmentation in whole body.

I have a problem of skin pigmentation/ hyper pigmentation. There are dark color skin on my body. Half part of my body is dark and the rest half is normal color. I have a white skin from my parents and from the last 9-10 years I saw this problem. Please suggest any soap/medicine on something else.
