Skin patches(tinea versicolor)

Sir/madam past 2 months small white patches (skin lightening) below back neck .Dark patches in chest under arms,shoulder mainly in upper torso region .now it spreading fast it covers most of the area.I have more sweating & skin itching.For me sometimes this skin patches occur and after applying ointments it go away. I'm living in covid spreading regions unable to contact doctors. So  please prescribe medicines.
