Skin itching since 3 months. used ringguard, dermoford but no use. Screenshot attached. Kindly suggest tube and medicine

Hi Since you have applied steroid that's why the morphology has changed. This could be tinea which is a common fungal infection. It is treated with antifungal medicines. Steroid damages the skin and treatment of infection becomes very difficult.
