My nephew is having skin issue. Neo natal acne and skin dryness. Specially on ear sides. Should I be concerned?

This doesn’t seems acne it’s probably Seborrhic dermatitis probably extending from head to ears ... kindly show it to any pediatrician for proper treatment but don’t panic as it is curable
