I could find a pimple like thing forming on my lips. It's getting bigger and bigger gradually. Seems it's a wart forming. I had a wart on my hand couple of years back, and used a cream containing salicylic acid. The cream was prescribed by a pharmacist. Now it's forming on face. Don't know what to do. In addition, I have a black spot on my face. How to remove it?
