Hi. This is a query for my 9 year old sister. She has severe skin infection which started 4 years ago in the right leg. But even after medication and ointments etc it is spreading to other parts like thighs, back, left leg, hip, neck etc. Kindly suggest what could be the best treatment. We have tried a lot many doctors. But as soon the medication stops it re appears. I am sharing pictures. These pictures are as of today .
