Hello.... ...You should  be specific in giving  details.. Otherwise it's difficult to comment  on it... There is wide range  of possibilities in training,toa, could  be infection,  gangrene,  . Attach the photo  of your toe so that I get idea about it..  Consult general surgeon  in nearest hospital..
