I have skin infection on body and was using multiple medicine and cream, still its not recovered. I had given my sample for biopsy and report as below. can you advise what next i have to do ? Impression: Lepromatous leprosy Granuloma index 0.40 Infiltrate index 0.40 Interface index 0.00

Lepromatous leprosy is a serious condition. Visit your nearest government leprosy center or a dermatology department of the nearest medical college ASAP
