Skin infection

About 10 days ago I got itchy feeling on my left hand , and now I have this condition on my right as well. Left hand has more infection , right hand it has just started. I don't know what kind of infection it is. But it looks like dandruff and my skin has turned red. Please advise. What are the dos and donts. I will reach India only after 10 days , I don't want the infection to spread further. How do I tell if the infection is bacterial, fungal or viral ?

It is most probably allergic contact dermatitis. Without photos a diagnosis is not possible. You need a consultation with photos.
