1)I have fungal infection on my toe nails. Even if I remove that it is growing back the same way 2)I have skin infection in my groin area

Its treatable but you have to take treatment properly and continue it for long time like 6 months. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
