My face has become medium dark. Not sure, if it is due to sun exposure. I rarely go out. However my forehead has become tan. I take Lonazep 1 mg daily. Is it due to this tab or overweight? I put on 5 to 6 kg due to lonazep tab. I dont have any medical problem. Would like to go with Ayurveda!

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,
