Skin hyper pigmentation
Respected Sir/Ma'am,
My mother has been suffering from skin hyper pigmentation over cheeks for 2-3 years. Initially it was very less in size and light in colour.
Since January it has spread fast now involving upper lips area and infra orbital area also and turned dark.
Skin is dry too.
Kindly help.

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
