How do become fair. I have been using a product called lumniedge. Which has alpha arbutin and other important ingredients like kojic acid. I worked for a few weeks. After that my skin tone started to become normal. And my skin tone around chest and arms and neck is much lighter than my face. How do i improve my skin tone and match it with rest of my body. Any medication, or any other brands i can try. Thank you.
