Skin eruption since last 4 days. Its is painfull and sometimes puss also is there. I am attaching the pic for reference. Kindly let me know what is the problem.

It is probably infected sebaceous cyst. Kindly do FASTING and postprandial blood sugar levels and consult a surgeon at your locality

It's erythematous skin  eruption with pus - known as pustule. You should take consultation from a doctor . You should take antibiotic and multivitamin with Betadine ointment . Definitely you will be well .
