Hello, Skin under my nose gets red while I have one week beard and later the skin peels off and this happens every time. I also have dandruff issues lately and my ears get too dry from inside and the skin peels comes out although I do not feel itching in my ear. Doctor gave me Tacrolimus Oinment 0.1% w/w it works till I use it and if I stop the issue do could me back under my nose. Please let me know what needs to be done to get rid of this issue.
