Skin darkened & peeling on back, neck et

I had dog tick bite allergy which spread all over my body except face but now it's gone... and there are no scars but now my skin is getting dark, dry & peeling off slowly.... the peeled part of new nice skin but the remaining part left to peel is dark.. I use lotion or olive oil & it gets moist & some parts peel off. What am I going through? Help
