I have two dark spots on two cheeks(below eye, on cheeks) I want to remove it asap, i consultant to skin doctor and she suggested me cream like BILUMA AND XINBEST...but it's not helped me a lot.. Please suggest solution... Is it required any cosmetic treatments or surgery...if yes what will be cost for same.
