My skin around calf(both legs) looks like this for over like 7+ years. Don't know what this is? Apart from this odd looking skin no other issues.

This is due to dryness of skin. Apply moisturising lotion regularly. Apply coconut oil 10-15 min bath, that'll help soothe the skin. Avoid harsh soaps to prevent further increase in dryness Consult online for further discussion and treatment
