Skin condition and reducing hair line

I have pigmentation and melasma. My skin is combination. I have used many sunscreen like suncros, acne uv gel etc but these didn't work even after using these sunscreen my face looks dull and dark. I am living in humid condition. In these conditions my hair line also reduce. Please suggest me better sunscreen and some medicine for my skin problems. Also need some advice about my reducing hair line.thank you.
