My younger sister complains of having a dark skin tone in her underarms. Her normal skin is wheatish in color. Can you please advice some methods to reduce the same?

Hi. Greetings. The dark color could be constitutional/ due to infection/ due to hormonal issues- acanthosis nigricans/over weight/ frictional/ due to use of perfume or deodorant. Kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you for further evaluation and treatment. Hope this helps, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal.
