Skin burn due to boiled tea
My daughter happened to accidentally have boiling tea on her thighs. She has got the wound on upper thigh. In the wound section a bit of the skin has gone. I have applied burn heal cream from cipla on the wound. Should the wound be covered or kept open. Is there any other cream which we should use so that the wound can be healed soon. Also pls advise if any other precaution need to be taken.
