Hello I have black dots on my full body. Initially it was on my thighs and arms but now its all over my body except face . Can you please tell me what is this.i have attached the pic herewith Thanks

These look like follicular openings,the openings from where hair grows out of the skin. If no symptoms,just apply a moisturizer nothing to worry. If you are having concerns please take up a consultation for further guidance.
