Skin and nails problem
Hi ,
I have a problem of nails that those are not growing properly since the problem occurred and please find the attachment for reference and please suggest me how to recover from this. I have the same problem for two nails of both hands .And as well I have a skin rashes problem on ties ,left knee and below the stomach ,I have applied normal ointment(itch gaurd) but I didn't see that it's working

You have fungal infection on the nail and the same would be there on the other areas of the body. The treatment for fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease.
