Skin allergy or rashes during night

Hi doctors, i am experiencing lite rash and itching on hands and legs more frequently during nights , this is also noticed between fingers but they are getting suppressed after taking levocetrizine. Kindly let me know solution or meds to overcome this permanently.

Hii this is urticaria Need proper evaluation This cud be any underlying food allergy, infection , thyroid , medicine allergy , heat , cold and most of the time the cause cant be found This requires bit long term treatment Continue with Levocetrizine Consult with a dermatologist for detailed evaluation

May be u have something called urticaria U may continue using levocetirizine May be u need to take medicines for certain period of time
