I am using DERMADEW CALOE LOTION for fungal infection on ear and whole neck image attached, but I am having very very dry and scally skin , can I use alternate lotion with improved moisturizer factor

No use.. specific medicine required depends on the severity..Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending more photos.
