Hi doctor, When I go out and come in the sun i observe some kind of allergy on my hands, i have visited a dermatologist she said it is just allergy, please help me

Please consult online as i need more details on it . Like is it seasonal or does it worsen / aggravate by any factor . I need a full history on that . Meanwhile as i can see in the picture , you can eat one tablet of levocetrizine after dinner to treat this condition and apply a lacto calamine lotion on it . Consult if you need full insight on the condition
