Hello ,thanks for your health query on Practo. The rashes over your hands are of Eczema ,that may be caused by both internal as well as external factors. External factors includes frequent washing of hands by medicated hand wash.or by recurrent contact with rubber / plastics as by gloves or by handles of bike or steering wheels.
Next Steps
Use Propysalic NF ointment twice a day followed by rubbing over the area. If itching is there you can take Tab Teczine 5 mg at night time
Health Tips
Avoid medicated hand wash like Dettol/ savlon. always use moisturizing cream apart from above ointment in this covid era.
